A Walk Down Memory Lane: Part 2

This time round, I was brought back all the way to my good ol' childhood days. The era of cheap masah-masah, self made toys (read: five stones) and a very make-belief kind of world.

Well, it started off with a group conversation with my uni girlfriends, Ellena and Li Ping on MSN. We began with a very normal conversation regarding our case study we're doing on Banyan Tree resort. And the conversation suddenly took a drastic turn and morphed into "what are our favorite toys we played during our childhood days" kinda conversation. Like Question mark, question mark right????

Lets see, we talked about Playdoh, croc golf (whatever that is, Ellena's contribution to the list), Barbie Doll, so on and so forth. What next?

and then....


We proceeded on to cartoon shows! My goodness! We discovered we watched the same shows!
Ninja turtles, we love the same turtle! Michaelangelo (the orange turtle-dude who digs pizza)
Power Rangers! (our common fave; Kimberly (the pink babe)
Captain Planet! The characters will go, "Wind, Fire, Earth, Water, Heart, woahhhh Captain Planet!!" LOL!

It was hilarious! At least to the 3 of us! Darn, too bad, julie and wanling wasn't there to join in. Its alright, we'll have plenty to talk about since our services marketing project topic is toy stores! OooO, now I know why we talked about toys in the first place. Faints.

mans, i cant remember the last time someone at our age talked about anything like this.
Aren't we so bogged down by life's big things to not talk about seemingly childish but heart-warming stuff anymore.

Really, its nice to know of such lovely folks who dont mind walking down memory lane with me.


*Im really not going bonkers, in case some of you might be wondering.* Heh.
